IS THERE PARKING AT THE SALON?
On street pay & display parking is available.
Monday - Saturday 8 am - 8 pm
Sunday, Bank & public holidays
1- 6 pm
Up to 1 hour - £1.00
Up to 2 hours - £2.50
Up to 4 hours - £4.70
Over 4 hours - £5.50
Long stay car parks are also local to the salon. (Crosshouse road or ocean village)

Evening Charges
Monday - Saturday 18:00 - 00:00

ARE THERE ANY PARKING RESTRICTIONS?
Yes! unfortunately there are some areas we can not allow customers to park. You can only park in pay & display bays.
You cannot park in the residence spaces to the left of the salon, these are strictly off of limits co clients/visitors.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Although you are all welcome! our salon is appointment only. Our team work on a back to back appointment diary and will reply to all messages as soon as they can. You can book using the link on our website.

All of our stylists/team are self employed and have different booking systems. You can contact us via WhatsApp message only (07418 610464) if you are running late to your appointment.
WHY CANT I SEE A PRICE LIST?
All of our stylists/team are self employed and all have different prices/services. Hairdressing appointments and prices are bespoke to the client meaning we do not have set prices. This allows us to give you a price based on the service you require, i.e. you have thick long hair/short hair or need added services such as a treatment/cut etc.
IS THE SALON AFFECTED BY FOOTBALL MATCH DAYS?
With being so close to Southampton football club’s stadium, there are sometimes restrictions in place.
Britannia road is often closed on match days (you can still access the salon from Elm terrace, Anglesea terrace, the Itchen bridge & Ocean village.
Anglesea terrace is a towable area on match days. (The pay & display machine will still let you pay but do not park here on a match day)
WE ADVISE ALL OF OUR VISITORS/CLIENTS TO PRE-PLAN YOUR VISIT WHEN HEADING TO THE SALON ON A MATCH DAY.
WHY DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
All clients wanting to book for a service that requires a patch test, must have a patch test 48hours prior to that service. This is manufacturing and insurance instructions & requirement.
We do not offer a waver document for you to sign.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD/CHILDREN TO THE SALON FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Hey clients! We wanted to give you a heads up that our salon will be a kid-free zone. Why, you ask? Well, we've got a few good reasons:

2. Safety First: Hair salons can be busy places with sharp objects and hot tools. To ensure everyone's safety, we've decided to focus on serving adult clients only. This way, we can avoid any accidents and maintain a secure space.
3. Uninterrupted Pampering: Let's face it, getting your hair & beauty treatments done is a pampering session. With no little ones running around, you can fully immerse yourself in the experience, from the shampoo massage to the final styling touch.
4. Efficiency and Focus: Our stylists & practitioners are here to provide you with the best service possible. Without the distractions of children, we can ensure that our team stays focused on delivering top-notch hair & beauty transformations while maintaining our high standards. 5.
